Board of Governors

The NEMA Board of Governors is comprised of 30 senior corporate executives elected by the general membership to 3-year terms. The Board of Governors meets three times a year for regular meetings.

The Board of Governors is organized into policy and program committees to guide the organization’s operations in the areas of:

Standards and Conformity Assessment Policy Committee
Government Relations and Communications Policy
Section Affairs Policy
Strategic Initiatives Programs

The Executive Committee of the Board and an Audit Committee review the NEMA Board and management on financial matters and controls and other issues within their respective charters.
