The 2023 NEC went into effect on March 12 in the State of Michigan.  State amendments to the 2023 NEC can be found online HERE.  The code is based on the second printing of the NEC including TIA 70-23-1 to 70-23-13, Errata 70-23-1 to 70-23-6, and Annex H.  NFPA 110, standard for emergency and standby power systems, 2019 edition and NFPA 111, standard on stored electrical energy emergency and standby power systems, 2019 edition, are adopted by reference in these rules.
