Timothy W. Kuck is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Crest Electronics, Inc., a Minnesota based company. Crest Electronics designs and manufactures electromechanical medical devices and other products for global healthcare communication companies. Its affiliate Crest Healthcare Supply distributes Crest products directly to healthcare facilities around the world, and distributes third party manufactured products in the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to joining Crest Healthcare Supply, Mr. Kuck held various executive level positions from 2003 to 2014 with Agiliti, (formerly known as Universal Hospital Services). Agiliti provides a broad range of medical device and information technology management services to healthcare facilities across the U.S. Prior to joining Agiliti, Mr. Kuck was employed at G&K Services, Inc. (since acquired by Cintas Corporation) as Regional Vice President from 1999 through 2003, and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 1999. Between the years of 1995 and 1997 while at First Data Corporation, which acquired Employee Benefit Plans, Inc., he held the titles of President of EBPLife Insurance Company and Senior Vice President of First Health. During Mr. Kuck’s tenure at Employee Benefit Plans from 1991 until the sale to First Data in 1995, he held various positions including Chief Financial Officer, President of EBPLife Insurance Company, and General Counsel.
Mr. Kuck holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana University in South Dakota. Mr. Kuck also is a Certified Public Accountant.
Rodger Reiswig | Fellow & VP, Industry Relations, Global at Johnson Controls
Rodger has been employed with Johnson Controls for over 37 years. Rodger started his career as a Technical Representative and has held several positions throughout his career with Johnson Controls. Positions include Sales, Field Sales Engineer, and Sales Manager. Rodger’s current position is that of Fellow and Vice President, Industry Relations. As Vice President of Industry Relations, Rodger represents Johnson Controls worldwide and is able to devote his time to representing Johnson Controls on various codes and standards committees as well as serving on various association and organization boards and committees.
