NEMA Political Action Committee (PAC)
Your Voice on Capitol Hill
The electroindustry is faced with both challenges and opportunities as it helps the nation manufacture the products necessary for a modern and advanced economy. This has made it more important than ever to support candidates who will advocate on behalf
of our members’ needs and help advance our industry in this new environment. The National Electrical Manufacturers Association Political Action Committee (NEMA PAC) is a voluntary, non-partisan committee established to raise funds for the campaigns
of members seeking office in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.
What Does NEMA PAC Do?
The NEMA PAC is bipartisan and supports federal candidates who understand and support the issues most critical to the continued growth and success of the electro-manufacturing sector. The PAC is an important tool to educate policymakers on the numerous
issues that impact our industry.
Where Do Contributions Go?
NEMA PAC disburses money to current and potential Members of Congress who understand the importance of a strong manufacturing sector for companies in the electroindustry. Federal election laws prohibit companies from contributing directly to a candidate’s
campaign; therefore, PAC dollars are a legal source of financial support for candidates.
NEMA PAC Eligibility
Federal campaign laws do not allow NEMA PAC to have an open link for contributions on our website, but it is easy to contribute if your company has granted NEMA PAC prior authorization to solicit.
