• ABB Technology Boosts Steel Production

  Schneider Electric will acquire Invensys Advanced Building Systems operations in Europe and the Middle East. 6/14/05
• Merge eFilm Changes Name to Merge Healthcare
  Merge Technologies Incorporated recently changed its corporate name to Merge Healthcare, following its recent merger with Cedara Software Corp. and its subsidiary eMed Technologies. 6/13/05
• L-3 Communications to Acquire The Titan Corporation
  L-3 Communications has signed a definitive agreement to acquire The Titan Corporation, under which Titan's shareholders would receive $23.10 in cash per share of Titan common stock. 6/7/05
• Agfa Concludes Heartlab Acquisition; Acquires Remaining Shares of Med2Rad
  Agfa-Gevaert has concluded the acquisition of Heartlab, Inc., having complied with regulatory requirements. 6/6/05

• Kodak Completes Acquisition of Creo Inc.; Creo President Joins Kodak
  Eastman Kodak Company has completed its acquisition of Creo Inc., a supplier of prepress and workflow systems used by commercial printers around the world, and named Judi Hess, formerly president of Creo, to lead the workflow and prepress strategic product group. 6/16/05

• Imaging Diagnostic Systems Clinical Research Director Receives Prestigious Award
