  Siemens is expanding its business in industrial drive technology by acquiring Flender Holding GmbH, Bocholt, one of the world's leading suppliers for gear systems. 4/7/05

  Elekta AB announced the completion of its acquisition of IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc., following approval of the transaction by IMPAC's stockholders. 4/6/05
• Kodak Completes Acquisition of Kodak Polychrome Graphics
  Eastman Kodak Company has completed its acquisition of Kodak Polychrome Graphics through redemption of Sun Chemical Corporation's 50 percent interest in the joint venture. 4/5/05
• Eaton Completes Purchase of Winner Group Holdings, Ltd.
  Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced that it completed its purchase of the businesses of Winner Group Holdings Ltd., a China-based company that produces hydraulic hose fittings and adapters for the greater Chinese market. 4/4/05
