• Siemens to Help Kentucky Save $10 Million With State-wide Traffic-Signal Retrofit
  Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., has won a six-year energy savings performance contract from the Commonwealth of Kentucky to retrofit traffic signals on all state-maintained roads. 1/25/05
• ABB Wins $32 Million Transformer Order in Belgium

• Honeywell Helps U.S. Postal Service Deliver $4.1 Million in Annual Energy Savings

• TRC to Supply Fire Shield LCDI Power Cords to a Major Appliance Manufacturer
  Technology Research Corporation has signed a sole source supply agreement with a major appliance manufacturer, subject to meeting agreed-to performance requirements, to supply its Fire Shield LCDI power cords, used as cord fire protection on room air conditioners manufactured for sale in the United States. 1/10/05

  Agfa Healthcare has completed its acquisition of German healthcare information systems and electronic patient record vendor GWI. 1/24/05
• Elekta AB to Acquire IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc.
  Elekta AB and IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc., have announced an agreement under which Elekta will acquire IMPAC, a provider of information systems for managing radiation and medical oncology and related clinical practices. 1/21/05
• Merge eFilm and Cedara Software Corp. to Merge
  Merge Technologies Incorporated, d.b.a. Merge eFilm, a leading global healthcare software and services company, and Cedara Software Corp., a leading independent developer of medical software technologies for the global healthcare market, have announced a definitive agreement to merge in an all-stock transaction. 1/21/05
• Kodak Paying $50.5 Million for Israeli Health-Imaging Company
