| OSHA 300 Form | The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act of 1970 requires certain employers to prepare and maintain records of work-related injuries and illnesses. More information. |
| RCRA Federal Hazardous Waste report | Two federal laws, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) regulate any company which generates solid and/or hazardous waste. More information. |
| Tier II Chemical Inventory report | Facilities covered by The Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) must submit an emergency and hazardous chemical inventory form to the LEPC, the SERC and the local fire department annually. More information. |
| Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) report | Certain industries and companies which use chemicals contained on this EPA list must file this report. More information. |
